As Co-Founder and Principal of The Outlet Leasing Group (TORG), David brings 32 years of Retail and consulting experience in the Retail, Real Estate, and Food sectors nationwide. David’s client list includes Private Equity firms, Private Developers, International Investment funds, and Hedge Fund firms.

Rio Valeriano

Development
Rio has spent the last 35 years from the construction to the development arena. His experience has ranged from corporate to start up. His portfolio has included Class A office, medical, industrial, retail, multifamily, and government projects. His early education included two baccalaureates and a masters in business administration.

Roy McKinnon

As the the current CEO/President of Automat Kitchen, Inc and the former Director of Channel Alliance for ShiftPixy, Inc. Roy has been established as a thought leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry. Roy has over 30 years of industry expertise in both Corporate and Independent food service with extensive knowledge of both front of the house and heart of the house operations.

A seasoned PGA Golf Professional, Sam is renowned for his effective management style and focus on staff development. In his career, Sam has excelled in various roles, including as a traveling Interim General Manager at Troon Golf Management, demonstrating his ability to lead in diverse golf club environments.

Sam’s experience across clubs like Troon North, Angel Park Poston Butte, Kissing Tree, and Eau Claire Country Club showcases his skill in managing different golf facilities and collaborating with various stakeholders to foster community-focused initiatives.

As T36 Golf Club opens its doors, we are thrilled to have Sam Brookman at the helm. His leadership and people skills are the perfect match for establishing our club as a premier golf destination.

Shelby Manning

Head Golf Pro at T36 Golf at Baytown

Shelby’s extensive experience in golf and his passion for the game are set to inspire our team and customers alike.Shelby has held key roles in prestigious clubs, notably as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Clubs at Carlton Woods in Texas. There, he played a crucial role in staff development, customer service, and club operations, including club fitting and repair. He’s also known for his impactful golf lessons to various groups.

His expertise isn’t limited to golf; Shelby also excelled in baseball, playing for Wayland Baptist and Harris Stowe State University, earning accolades like Newcomer of the Year and Academic All American. This background underscores his athletic talent and leadership abilities. We are thrilled to have Shelby at T36 Golf, where his professional skills and leadership are sure to enhance our club’s experience. Let’s give a warm welcome to Shelby Manning
